What is the deposit amount?
No deposit is necessary – you simply need to provide a credit card as a guarantee.

When is final payment due?
Final payments will be automatically processed to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. No partial payments will be accepted.

Can I book elsewhere or do I need to book with the room block? Matt and Christy have been intentional about setting these rooms aside for you. Booking with the room block helps to ensure all wedding guests are accounted for and that the process between the stay and the wedding run smoothly. It is highly recommend you book with the room block. Not to mention, it helps your bride and groom out as well!

Can I use my World of Hyatt Member Number? Yes! When your room is booked this information can be added.

Do I need to get travel insurance?
The purchase of travel insurance is HIGHLY encouraged, as it is the only way to protect your investment. Various insurance options are available – whether you want full cancellation coverage or a more standard plan that will cover you during travel. We can discuss what plans are available based on your specific needs.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation without penalty if done so by February 9, 2026.

Do I need a passport?
Yes! All travelers must have a valid passport.

Are there additional fees or costs?
Your resort reservation includes your stay, all meals and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Bottled wine, golf, spa services, and upgraded meats an an additional fee. All pricing will be clearly marked. Airport transfers are also additional (see below).

Can I book flights with my resort? While the resort does not offer packaged air and accommodation options I am happy to help research the best flight options and pricing with you, When you reach out, just let me know if you need help with getting flights booked!

How do I book my airport transfer? I am happy to help coordinate this with you! Amstar Destination Management Company works directly with myself and the resort and will ensure transfers go smoothly! There are different transfer types based on the number of people traveling in your group. Private roundtrip transfers for up to 6 passengers begins at $238. Once your flights are booked let me know the details and I can confirm all transfer details. I am also happy to help coordinate with other wedding guests if you would like. Payment for transfers is due upon check in.
